jonathankoren™Interesting. These aluminum plaques came with a plastic coating one side. The side without the plastic has a gold tint, but the side with the plastic is more silver. It’s odd that my test crosshairs came out slightly different colors. I’m thinking multiple passes (which is what the numbers mean on the silver side) might clean up that gold tint. It just wasn’t an issue on the other side.I had alignment issues with this. So I’m thinking I should drop a piece of wood in, laser out a hole, and then drop the metal into it.It’s not *exactly* what I want, but it’s close. My cost for manufacturing the boards and shipping them to me in Canada (from China), with all applicable duty and taxes included, brings them out to about $1 per board.I may try other designs at some point.
