After reading the last #OwnYourWeb newsletter by @matthiasott about WebMentions (https://buttondown.email/ownyourweb/archive/issue-14/) my first reactions were:
- Bleh what If I don't wanna appear in someone's website and be indexed because I've interacted with their post on the fediverse. Not sure WebMentions tool gonna respect my privacy settings. And what if I remove my like/boost/comment, is it gonna be update on their website? I have no idea.
- And as a queer woman online, lol I don't want to implement this on my blog if the there is no moderation interface, and no syncro with the mute/blocked accounts/instances my Mastodon account have
