The best plan feels like making neither "pay"for mistakes, but make the society that taught him rape was okay pay for forced professional help for him and support for both to come out the other side better people, but that is too painful for most polidiots to even consider if they suck religious d*** without understanding "do unto one another as you would be done unto"
