Have you ever looked at your queue of podcasts , watchlist
, and read later queue
and felt overwhelmed?
It can be stressful to see a long list of things you still need to get done.

Related to this I wrote a blogpost awhile ago about „conquering FOMO“

@flohgro that is exactly how I am approaching it. I love the fact that there are always books, articles, podcasts, documentations, films, I can choose from that I have personally already filtered for my interests. Always a lovely feeling to browse through personal lists or archives
@philipp that’s great! I often feel that I need to complete my podcast queue or the reading list - but the fact is that there is always more to read / watch / listen or whatever than you’ve got time in a day it’s great to approach it like you describe this!
@flohgro Exactly. I also have a long podcast queue and reading list, but in fact, both of them change every single day, since I stumble across something that interests me even more at that time. But, all the other stuff does not go anywhere else, since I always come back to it when I browse through my lists.
I stopped stressing myself about an ever-growing archive of podcasts, books, articles, and instead just embrace it as my personal exploration space, since I always find something there.
@philipp love that! I realized that I need to stop stressing myself to complete these lists
