Finally got around to implement #webmentions support on my #blog
I also took the time and documented the process for y’all
Can’t wait to see more blogs with webmentions

Of course I made a mistake in my fancy @-mention url regular expressions
Should be fixed now
@janmon This was a great read, thanks for writing it! I've been thinking about adding webmentions to my site for a long while now but I've been put off by so many moving pieces (and integrations).
Maybe this week is the time I pick up that project!
@hamatti Glad you liked it
Good luck with your integration. Let me know in case you hit any road blocks!
@janmon Wow, thanks for documenting this so thoroughly! Good to know that there’s a nice standard for comments (and likes) on the web. I also wouldn’t like to go back to WordPress comments or Disqus or so (too bloated and not very privacy-friendly).
@janmon
I've been using #Webmentions in my blog, also hosted on GitHub, for some time now, but display them in the posts via JavaScript request. Your Pipedream solution gave me the impetus to revise my build solution for #Hexo Thank you and happy new year.
