The @eleventy migration is done

- Shaved off around 300kB of page size without removing features
- Removed around 25k lines of code (most of these are from the package lock file, though )
- The build is SO MUCH faster!
- The site loads SO MUCH faster!
- WEBC is such a nice language [1]

Now I can finally focus on writing content on https://janmonschke.com again...
