@binarydigit Lose It is so unhealthy for me due to how I obsess over the numbers, and the guilt I feel if I go over... but I find that it keeps me in check. I've gone back to using it for the past 90 days myself (after not using it for YEARS)

@jedda I hope you give yourself grace and it's just a guide, not perfection! But yeah I want it to just keep me realistic and realize what I'm doing to myself. It's the toughest thing to manage for me in the last 10 years hah

@binarydigit I'm definitely learning to do so. I restarted it to be more aware. I keep reminding myself that it is a guideline and not a hard fast rule. It's definitely eye opening seeing how many calories everything is when you really start counting every little thing.

Looking forward to reading about your journey. Perhaps find some way to keep each other accountable unintentionally too.
