I reached out to bunny.net support for the first time today.

It took maybe 20 minutes to get a friendly response confirming that I had found a bug, letting me know that it was being escalated to the engineering team, and telling me about a workaround that would actually address my use case even better than what I was trying to do in the first case.

I'm impressed!
