A single gull, stands in the ocean up to its ankles, just inches from dry sand on the beach. It's shadow reflects in front. It's mostly grey-white with speckled wings.

A block of railroad ties, interlocked to hold a base (usually stones) to anchor to the ocean bottom. This one has a window on the front, and a ladder on the other side, and a cylindrical tower above, for a beacon or light, with an external ladder as well, to access for maintenance . It's just in the middle of the ocean at the harbour entrance

A very old run-down building, resembling a hotel in a horror movie. It has a set of pillars holding a roof over the entrance, and above, another tower rises up in front of the whole building Each roof of the wide building has two dormer windows.

a narrow worn path passes through a forest of spruce and firs. There's moss and ferns around the one foot wide path, and a few broken limbs are piled. The sun has brightened the trees on the left and ahead looks like a tunnel as the path weaves through denser forest.

We have our Northumberland Strait, & Liverpool down by the Mercy River #WAYCTV

I'd like to go somewhere, that I've been before, but my wife hasn't. Knowing what it once was, & what is has become, can be disturbing though. Childhood memories shattered. But I've done many tropical islands, my wife only Jamaica, WE did go to French Islands in the north, St Pierre et Miquelon .
We rob ourselves if we travel. We have that beautiful location now

I'll never forgive Google, I curated posts about Nova Scotia and my hashtag #WAYCTV started there, and on Twitter. I had hundreds of detailed photos and stories of all of Nova Scotia, beyond what the Tourist Bureau reported
