Ok y’all, can we all just acknowledge that this whole “tariff” nonsense is nothing but a way to launder vast sums of money on Wall Street? Wanna know who is behind all this country destroying activity? Look to see who was shorting the market, and who just changed to puts from short.

So, for those who don’t stock market, when you bet short, you’re betting that a stock or market will go down. Betting a “put”, means you think it will go up. These are activities not generally done by the consumer investor. Shorting is a great way to lose a lot of money.

Someone is making a ridiculous amount of money because of these market swings and it behooves us to know who. The Vix is dramatically down since this announcement, suggesting that big investors are expecting a market bounce. I have to go look and see if @unusual_whales is tracking shorts.

I use my Sidekiq retries count on my Mastodon instance as sort of a #VIX index for the health of the fediverse in general. Anything over 200 means a bunch of my peers are having trouble with their server or media but have not officially been sent to the graveyard of dead instances yet after 7 days of unresponsiveness, and anything under 100 is basically background noise. I'm posting this because I logged in and noticed I was at a tidy 80 this morning. #MastoAdmin

Ein unfassbar schönes Schmuckstück aus der Zeit der Kelten. Ein Beleg dafür, dass diese #Fürstin angesehen war. Die Bezeichnung Fürstin ist dabei ein Bezug auf ihre fürstliche Grabausstattung. Aber - Das es #Frauen in Machtpositionen bei den #Kelten gab, das scheint ganz so zu sein. Denn es gibt darüber nicht nur Geschichten, sondern immer wieder sehr auffällige Gräber.
